Coating Solution Calculation

Actually I want to learn the pellets coating calculation. For 100% coating solution we prepared for achieve 320g pellets while our initial sugar spears wt was 300 but after 100% solution coating we just achive 310g instead of 320g so how much quantity we have to take for further remaining build up to achieve 320g?

As per your statement 100% overage is required for target wt. gain. You should consider also following parameters during spraying:

Inlet temperature
Spray rate
Air flow
Atomization air pressure
Product temperature
