Is WHO prequalification a GMP accreditation for a pharmaceutical industry?

WHO Prequalification is not exactly a "GMP accreditation" in the sense of a standalone certification for a factory. Instead, it is a comprehensive product-specific approval that includes a rigorous GMP inspection as one of its core components.
