Rinse sampling for Cleaning validation

If we take the rinse sample from the last rinse of the cleaning cycle, how can i conduct visual inspection? Generally, visual inspections be done to the dried stage of equipment?

A visual inspection is performed after a cleaning operation at dried condition of the equipment and it can be after rinse sampling, as the rinse sample collect from the last rinse of the cleaning cycle
