What are the major challenges for analytical method development?

Following points should be considered during method development (but not limited to):
From the molecule aspect:
- pH,
- solubility,
- reactivity,
- pKA,
- melting and boiling point,
- light and moisture sensitivity etc.
From the dissolution medium aspect:
- selection of media,
- selection of apparatus,
- compatibility with product,
- method sensitivity,
- method specificity etc.
