Following parameters to be evaluated during analytical method validation:

  • Precision
  • Accuracy
  • Linearity
  • Range
  • Limit of detection (LOD)
  • Limit of quantitation (LOQ)
  • Selectivity/specificity
  • Robustness/ruggedness
